1.UK Delivery Terms and Prices

• Deliveries are sent out typically the day after your order. The 48 hours for delivery starts from the day after your order; except for Friday or Weekend orders which are normally sent the following Monday.
• Standard UK Delivery is free for orders over £100 and £2.99 for under £100 (Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery aims to arrive within 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.)

2.UK delivery options

We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a tracked service to ensure safe arrival.

3.Lost deliveries/returned by Royal Mail

Claims for items lost in the post can only be initiated 15 days after the date of postage (Royal Mail rules, not ours).

If we need to re-send an item to you, having had that item returned to us by the couriers (because the items could not be signed upon delivery and were not collected from the courier depot). In that case, we will have to charge again for the postage of those items.
